Our Tikki Burger takes the iconic Indian aloo tikki and reimagines it for the burger lovers of Winnipeg. A thick, hand-shaped potato patty is spiced with green chilli, ginger and chaat masala, then pan-crisped on the tawa for that golden crunch and pillowy interior.
We layer it inside a soft toasted bun with cool mint chutney, sweet tangy tamarind chutney, fresh onion rings, tomato slices and a generous crown of crispy sev for texture. It has been called "one of the best tikki burgers in Winnipeg" by our regulars — and it is endlessly snackable.
