Our Steamed Chicken Momos are a customer-confirmed favourite — hand-folded each morning at 748 Sargent Ave. We season ground chicken with ginger, garlic, soy, white pepper, sesame oil and finely chopped green onions, then wrap each one in a thin, soft dough pleat.
Steamed in bamboo baskets just before serving, the momos arrive piping hot with juicy filling and a paper-thin wrapper. They come with our house red-chili chutney — a spicy, garlicky dip that customers have called the best momo chutney in Winnipeg.
