The Butter Chicken Poutine is the dish that defines Chef Paaji — a bold Indian-Canadian fusion that blends two of the most loved comfort foods on either side of the world. Crispy hand-cut fries form the base, then we ladle on our rich, slow-simmered butter chicken gravy made with butter, cream, tomato, and tender pieces of tandoori chicken.
A generous handful of squeaky cheese curds melts into the warm gravy, finished with a sprinkle of fresh cilantro and a hint of fenugreek. It is the most talked about dish on our menu and consistently called "the best poutine I've ever tried" by Winnipeg customers.
